Job Summary: Perform tax entry postings and electronic invoice issuance, analyze results, calculate taxes, carry out reconciliations, and provide accounting support. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for tax entry postings and invoice issuance. 2. Involves analysis of reports and tax calculation. 3. Performs accounting reconciliations and supports the department. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:53 Benefits Transportation allowance, on-site meals, and medical assistance Responsibilities and Duties Perform entry posting of purchase invoices and issuance of electronic sales invoices; analyze and prepare reports on results for management; conduct month-end closing and tax calculation; perform accounting reconciliations and support the accounting department. Posting of purchase invoices, verification of tax ledgers, issuance of electronic invoices, tax reconciliations, inventory stock control and closing, and monitoring of indicator spreadsheets. Requirements and Qualifications Familiarity with tax legislation, tax reform updates, and business operations is desirable; experience with specific systems is a plus.
