Position focused on people development and process standardization. **Job: Operations Supervisor (Cleaning)** On-site \| Lajeado\-RS **About the Job** We are looking for a professional to work as an **Operations Supervisor**, responsible for recruiting, selecting, and hiring cleaning staff; supervising, training, and ensuring the quality of cleaning services performed in condominiums served by the company. If you enjoy working with people, have strong attention to detail, and possess leadership qualities, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection processes for cleaning and reception staff; * Training and guiding staff (routines, standards, and techniques); * Monitoring service execution in condominiums; * Ensuring compliance with company quality standards; * Conducting periodic inspections at serviced locations; * Identifying improvement opportunities and correcting operational failures; * Providing field team support; * Maintaining contact with condominium managers and clients when necessary. **Requirements** * Experience supervising teams (preferably in cleaning/conservation); * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile; * Ability to train and develop people; * Valid driver's license (CNH). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in condominium cleaning; * Experience in process standardization; * Knowledge of professional cleaning products and techniques. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Benefits (meal allowance, transportation allowance, etc.); * Organized and collaborative work environment; * Growth opportunities.
