Work Location: Itaguaçu Shopping, Rua Gerôncio Thives, 1079, Barreiros neighborhood Schedule: Rotating 6x1 shift from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM Salary: BRL 2,271.00 \+ 20% cash-handling bonus Attendance Card: BRL 100.00 Transportation Voucher (TV); Dental Plan; Superlegal Discount — 10% discount at all stores within our network; What We Expect From You: * Customer Service: Delight our customers—especially children—with exceptional service, assisting them in selecting the perfect toys for every occasion; * Product Organization and Display: Manage receiving, pricing, organizing, and restocking merchandise, ensuring toys are always prominently displayed and ready to be chosen and taken home by our young customers; * Interaction and Communication: Be an excellent communicator, capable of answering questions and providing product information, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere; Requirements: * Enjoy working with the public, especially children; * Be proactive, friendly, and dynamic; * Possess strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team; * Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not mandatory; * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; * Must be over 18 years of age; * Must have convenient access to the store.
