A welcoming and collaborative work environment. **Job Description:** ?‍? Responsibilities of the Bakery Assistant – Super Sul Supermarket 1\. Bread Production Support Assist in preparing dough for regular, specialty, and whole-grain breads. Weighing and separating ingredients according to recipes. Shaping, rounding, and molding bread for proper fermentation. Baking bread at specified times and temperatures. Ensuring proper cooling and storage after baking. 2\. Preparation of Savory Snacks and Pizzas Assist in preparing pizza dough and fillings. Assembling and baking plain and filled pizzas. Preparing baked and fried savory snacks (e.g., sfihas, spring rolls, chicken croquettes, and empadas). Filling and assembling products quickly and hygienically. 3\. Pie and Dessert Assembly Assist in preparing pie crusts, fillings, and toppings for sweet and savory pies. Participating in final assembly and decoration according to store standards. Properly packaging and labeling products. 4\. Organization and Cleaning Maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Washing utensils, trays, workbenches, and production equipment. Assisting with ingredient organization and shelf-life monitoring. **Requirements:** Desirable Qualifications Efficiency, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Strong communication skills and team spirit. Basic knowledge of baking is a plus (but not mandatory). **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** ✅ Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 15:20 (1-hour break) **Benefits:** ?
