




Job Summary: Customer service, creation and closure of service orders, and support for inquiries and quotations regarding Samsung products under warranty and out of warranty. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with configurations and service timelines AUTHORIZED SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER – SHOPPING Customer service, opening/closing of service orders, assisting customers with configuration/timeline inquiries, providing quotations for out-of-warranty repairs. Full support for customers with products under warranty and out of warranty. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (No work on Sundays). Base Salary (BRL 2,500.00) + VA (BRL 150.00) + VT or Fuel Allowance (BRL 150.00) + BONUS.
