Ability to work effectively in teams and follow established procedures **Production Assistant - Gelato #1215** São José dos Campos - SP São José dos Campos - SP R$ 2306,08 + VA (R$ 410,00) + VT or fuel allowance + Health insurance (optional - 50% subsidized by the company) + Profit Sharing **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Requirements:** * Experience in food and dessert production; * Computer literacy; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing/Handling Practices; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Adaptability; * Critical thinking; * Proactivity; * Emotional balance; * Ability to follow established procedures **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing base syrups, gelatos, desserts, and syrups; * Sort and weigh raw materials and ingredients according to standard recipes; * Carry out gelato and variegato production and packaging; * Sort orders for shipment. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, storage areas, equipment, and cold room. * Assist with inventory of raw materials, packaging, and cold room stock. * Report activity progress and incidents; * Record temperatures, cleaning activities, and production data.
