Focus on accident investigation and proposing preventive actions **Occupational Safety Technician** **Salary:** R$ 3\.500,00 \+ 20% hazard pay **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance (R$ 25.00 per day) * Attendance bonus (R$ 200.00 credited to meal allowance) * Medical and dental health plan (after 90 days) * Education assistance (after 90 days) * Life insurance **Responsibilities:** * Conduct safety inspections in production areas; * Monitor critical activities such as working at heights, load handling, and operation of machinery and equipment; * Control and advise on the use of PPEs and CPEs; * Conduct daily safety talks (DDS), training sessions, and onboarding; * Support legal compliance programs (PGR, LTCAT, and PCMSO); * Investigate accidents and propose preventive actions. **Requirements:** * Completed technical course in Occupational Safety; * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Experience in the metallurgical industry; * Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs).
