Responsibilities: * Conduct relationship visits to existing clients and prospect new clients/opportunities; * Promote the Institution and its Internship Program, Apprenticeship Program, and Special Selection Program; * Ensure customer retention and loyalty through periodic follow-up visits, escalating issues to relevant departments as needed; * Plan visits and subsequently provide accountability (records, discussion meetings, and performance analysis); * Represent the Institution at events, within the community, and before representative entities, as required; Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Own vehicle; * Driver’s license category B; Working hours: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM **"Here, everyone has room to grow.
