Job Summary: Operate medium-sized machinery to ensure operational process efficiency at the Unit, including tractors, wheel loaders, and material transportation. Key Highlights: 1. Operate medium-sized machinery and implement efficient processes 2. Perform maintenance and transportation of equipment 3. Ensure operational efficiency of the unit Perform operations with medium-sized machinery to ensure operational process efficiency at the Unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate tractors with simple trailers (agricultural trailers, winches, buckets, etc.), fertigation systems, and forklifts; Operate tractors with medium trailers (plows, harrows, subsoilers, cultivators, fertilizer applicators, and other soil preparation implements); * Operate wheel loaders; * Load and unload trucks carrying raw materials, soil, and general debris; * Mix fresh manure with biomass; * Maintain roads, yards, and plazas within the unit; * Transport parts, equipment, and machinery in general; * Daily inspection of machinery conditions regarding water, oil, fuel, lights, headlights, and tires; * Stack raw materials in general; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Driver's License – Category B * NR 11 – Tractor, Agricultural Implements, and Wheel Loader Operation Training – Refresher course required if process changes occur. * NR 31 – Agrochemical Application Training – Refresher course required if training insufficiency is demonstrated – 8 hours Mantiqueira Brasil was founded in the interior of Minas Gerais and, for over 37 years, has transformed the egg market through innovation, quality, and a sustainable vision for the future.
