Building a career at Kerry offers you the opportunity to shape the future of food, as well as explore and grow within a truly global environment.**About the role** Ensure excellence in the planning, control, and execution of maintenance activities, guaranteeing high equipment reliability, reduced failures, and efficient support to production operations through structured planning, KPI analysis, continuous improvement, and alignment among maintenance, production, and other functions.**Key responsibilities** * Develop schedules for preventive, predictive, and planned corrective maintenance, ensuring adherence to timelines. * Support the development and continuous improvement of maintenance plans (PMO, RCM, Lubrication, Inspections). * Monitor and report maintenance KPIs (availability, reliability, backlog, costs, plan compliance). * Support maintenance warehouse management, controlling inventory levels, critical spare parts, and material requisitions. * Analyze failure history and propose improvements jointly with the reliability team. * Generate performance, backlog, scheduled and unscheduled downtime reports to support management decisions. * Assist in scoping third-party services and controlling maintenance orders in SAP. * Support PCM and maintenance leaders in order prioritization, ensuring alignment with production. * Contribute to internal and external audits (ISO, FSSC, NRs), maintaining up-to-date records. **Qualifications and skills** * Proficiency in SAP modules **PM (Plant Maintenance)** and **MM (Materials Management)**. + Microsoft Office suite. + Prior experience in **Maintenance Planning and Scheduling** preferred. + Knowledge of **warehouse management**, spare parts control, and master data management. + Ability to read and interpret **mechanical and electrical technical drawings**. + Familiarity with **reliability metrics** (MTBF, MTTR, Backlog, Plan Compliance). * Organizational and disciplined approach to managing multiple priorities. * Analytical capability to propose improvements and optimize resources. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with maintenance, production, safety, and quality teams. * Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
