Ensure infrastructure to support production and logistics volumes The Maintenance Manager is strategically and operationally responsible for ensuring maximum availability and reliability of all assets across the group's four business units. Their mission is to implement a preventive and predictive maintenance culture, manage human and financial resources, and ensure infrastructure supports production and logistics volumes without unplanned interruptions. * Manage maintenance of all equipment across 6 concrete plants and 1 precast facility; * Manage equipment availability; * People and Safety Management; * Supply and Asset Management. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Specialization in Maintenance Management or Project Management is a plus; * Driver's License Category B; * Solid experience in Maintenance Management \- Diesel will be a plus.
