Job Summary: Specialist Engineer responsible for technical feasibility analysis, technical risk management, and engineering solution optimization, ensuring compliance and multidisciplinary integration. Multidisciplinary experience and BIM expertise Job Description Technical and technological feasibility analysis of proposed solutions, seeking innovative and more efficient alternatives; preparation of detailed technical studies and sizing calculations; technical risk management; support in defining technical specifications and equipment requirements. Verification of consistency and/or interferences among disciplines (Architecture, Automation, Fire Protection, Electrical, Structural, Hydraulic, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Process, Telecommunications, Industrial Utilities, Clean Utilities, and others), aiming to optimize the technical solution and integration across various disciplines. Critical review of designs developed by third parties and/or suppliers. Technical validation of engineering solutions presented by the team. Planning, organizing, and controlling engineering activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and technical specifications. Analysis and support for BIM (3D) model coordination. Compliance monitoring against technical standards (NRs, ABNT, ANVISA, Fire Department, etc.). Supporting the team in analyzing CAPEX, payback, and technical feasibility requirements per project. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Solid experience in engineering design, with multidisciplinary and BIM expertise. Advanced proficiency in engineering design tools, especially AutoCAD. Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders; Proactive, organized, results-oriented profile with systemic vision of projects and portfolio; Advanced Excel.
