Adhere to internal policies and procedures, and perform tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Key responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications, detailing requirements for garment construction, fabrics, trims, and finishes in accordance with company standards. Conduct material testing to ensure quality and suitability for the technical and functional requirements of uniforms. Collaborate with production and PCP departments to ensure developed products are cost-effective and feasible within production timelines. Develop uniform prototypes and samples, adjusting patterns and specifications to meet customer requirements and quality guidelines. Maintain up-to-date technical records in the system to ensure traceability and standardization of development processes. Research materials and emerging technologies applicable to uniform manufacturing, proposing improvements in design, functionality, and durability. Provide technical support to production teams and external subcontractors, clarifying doubts and ensuring adherence to technical specification requirements. Contribute to defining technical parameters related to uniform customization, such as embroidery, printing, and specific adjustments. Comply with internal policies and procedures, maintaining an organized, clean workplace aligned with company standards. Perform related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. ### **Prerequisites** EDUCATION: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, Textile Engineering, or related fields.
