




Job Summary: Tax Analyst responsible for analyzing tax information, providing technical support, managing DARFs, fulfilling ancillary obligations, and recording taxes. Key Highlights: 1. Tax analysis and technical tax support for finance and accounting departments 2. Management and compliance of tax and fiscal obligations 3. Audit support and organization of tax documents Responsibilities: * Analyze tax information and provide technical support to Finance and Accounting departments regarding updates and interpretation; * Review payment authorizations (APs) and identify opportunities for tax recovery; * Generate and manage Federal Revenue Collection Documents (DARFs), ensuring compliance with due dates; * Analyze and submit ancillary obligations, such as DAPI, SINTEGRA, VAF, DAMEF, SPED Fiscal, and Contributions; * Record and close monthly ICMS and IPI taxes; * Respond to internal and external audit requests by providing required tax documents and information; * Register Level 1 suppliers and transportation companies in the corporate system; * Verify incoming and outgoing invoices to ensure correct tax classification; * Enter invoices into the system, ensuring data integrity and consistency; * Organize and archive tax documents, maintaining traceability and compliance with legal requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences completed; * Currently pursuing postgraduate studies (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
