Social Worker (Três Corações and Varginha)

We are a non-profit institution focused on recruitment, training, and labor market insertion. We seek professionals familiar with the sociocultural reality of the territory, possessing strong interpersonal skills and qualified listening abilities regarding individuals and families. The social worker will operate in the units located in Varginha and Três Corações (Driver’s license category B preferred); The Social Worker will be responsible for: * Providing social accompaniment to apprentices and their family members, in coordination with the pedagogical and psychosocial departments; * Conducting home and institutional visits to partners;; * Referring apprentices and their family members to the socio-assistance network (CRAS and CREAS) and intersectoral networks (healthcare, education, sports, culture, etc.); * Engaging in dialogue with the Child Protection Council and other bodies within the rights guarantee system to ensure access to and protection of rights, including reporting cases involving suspected or confirmed rights violations; * Participating in meetings and plenary sessions of the Municipal Social Assistance Council (CMAS) and the Municipal Children and Adolescents’ Rights Council (CMDCA); * Attending, whenever possible, meetings, plenary sessions, or discussion forums organized by other social control bodies aligned with the institution’s scope of work (e.g., Descubra, FECTIBA, Youth Forum); * Preparing meeting minutes, reports, and updating information in spreadsheets; * Implementing actions related to the Pre-Apprenticeship and Post-Apprenticeship Programs, in coordination with other departments; * Performing additional Social Work activities as required to meet the institution’s needs. * Conducting socioeconomic studies; Salary + Benefits: - Working hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM; - R$2,340.00 (starting salary); - Meal allowance (R$22.50 per working day); - Transportation allowance; - Co-participatory Unimed health plan; - Dental plan; - Wellhub (gym partnership); - Conexa (online therapy and nutritional counseling); - University tuition partnership; - Job classification and salary policy.
