Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring compliance with recipes, manufacturing processes, and safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in food production. Key Highlights: 1. Working in a production environment with a focus on safety and quality. 2. Responsible for ingredient manufacturing and quality control. 3. Opportunity to work collaboratively in a company committed to diversity. * Participate in Daily Safety Discussions (DDS) at shift start. • Ensure SOIs are up to date. • Comply with SHE Policy: Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environmental standards per Unilever requirements and applicable legislation, and report conditions or acts falling below standards. • Portion ingredients according to recipe in Wrong Addition. • Ensure all ingredients are properly identified per procedure. • Follow FIFO for raw materials. • Complete material inspection checklists prior to product manufacturing. • Mix ingredients per recipe in mixers and collect samples for analysis. • Move materials using manual or electric pallet jacks. • Adhere to established baking parameters per procedure. • Dismantle and clean parts and equipment per procedure. • Ensure adherence to the production plan. • Complete documentation dossiers for portioned, mixed, and baked ingredients. • Maintain updated UNIU training records. • Place empty trays and remove filled trays from Mimac. • De-mold baked granola trays and pack into 20-kilogram bags. • Dispose waste in designated bins, clean floors, and organize the work area.
