Total Gross Earnings \+ Benefits: R$4\.378,69 Fixed CLT Salary: R$2\.896,29 Variable CLT Salary: R$820,00 Meal Voucher: R$ 696,40 Operating Region: **Barretos, Bebedouro, Catanduva, Colina, Fernandópolis, Guaíra, Ilha Solteira, Jaboticabal, Jales, José Bonifácio, Mirassol, Monte Aprazível, Santa Fé do Sul, Rio Preto, Tanabi, Valentim Gentil, Viradouro, Votuporanga.** Responsibilities Responsible for executing sales of designated products, ensuring correct mix and distribution, and meeting objectives set for each customer and brand; Correctly implement the company-established visit procedures; Timely complete the pre-planned and supervisor-approved visit route, in accordance with prescribed visit frequency guidelines; Monitor daily the sector-specific KPIs (Sales / Mix / POS Activation / Visibility) to achieve agreed-upon targets; Conduct negotiations enabling efficient in-store display of our products at the Point of Sale (POS), using all available POP materials and complying with current commercial rules and policies; Develop relationships across the entire customer organization, consistently enhancing confidence in the commercial relationship; Ensure, through technical training / detailing, that counter staff possess adequate knowledge of our brands to increase recommendation rates of our products; Periodically monitor (weekly / monthly) sell\-out performance of products on your dashboard; Keep yourself and the company informed about competitors' performance at the POS. Requirements Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license \- Vehicle manufacturing year must be 2018 or newer\. Sales experience in the pharmacy channel; Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI analysis; Working hours: 8 hours per day. Average monthly travel distance: 4\.500 km, with 4 overnight stays.
