We are looking for a **Vibe Coding Developer** to create modern, scalable, and high-impact digital products. Here, you will have autonomy, technical freedom, and real space to experiment, propose ideas, and build intelligent solutions using **React, Node.js or C\#/.NET, databases, and AI tools** daily. Our environment is dynamic, collaborative, and startup-minded: we test quickly, learn quickly, and continuously evolve. We offer an initial salary of **R$ 2\.000,00**, with a **performance-based bonus of up to R$ 500,00 after the probation period**, depending on performance and results. Additionally, we provide **transportation allowance** and **meal allowance of R$ 18.00 per working day**, ensuring greater comfort and quality in your daily life. You will be responsible for transforming ideas into real solutions, developing full-stack applications—from frontend to backend—participating in technical decisions, proposing continuous improvements, and ensuring fast, high-quality deliveries. Daily tasks include building modern interfaces with React, developing robust APIs in Node.js or C\#/.NET, modeling efficient databases, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and refactoring. You will also actively collaborate with the team, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our product and engineering culture. Responsibilities: * Develop and enhance features (frontend + backend), focusing on **delivery speed and quality**. * Build interfaces using **React + TypeScript**, with attention to user experience and performance. * Create/adjust APIs and services in **Node.js or C\# (.NET)** * Model and query data using MySQL and MongoDB. * Integrate **AI into daily workflows**. * Use Vibe Coding tools to accelerate development: **Windsurf, Cursor, Claude Code** (or similar). * Ensure quality through testing, code reviews, basic observability, and best practices.
