Participating in final inspections and site visits We are seeking a Post-Construction Technical Assistant to support and address demands related to the post-delivery phase of construction projects, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service during the post-construction period, offering support, clarifying doubts, and resolving potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction; * Manage the opening, tracking, and closure of technical assistance incidents; * Participate in final inspections and site visits with customers, supporting the identification of necessary adjustments; * Contribute to the preparation of monthly post-construction reports, focusing on cost, timeline, and service quality analysis. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related fields (in progress or completed); * Basic knowledge of construction processes; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Prior experience in customer service or technical assistance is preferred.
