The candidate will assist with equipment and system maintenance, perform diagnostics and repairs, and provide user support. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals * Install and configure software and operating systems * Provide technical support to internal company users * Perform data backups and recovery * Participate in projects implementing new technologies Requirements: * Completed high school education * Technical course in Information Technology or related fields * Knowledge of hardware and software maintenance * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users * Organizational skills and proactivity
