Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing and detailing technical projects in 2D/3D, updating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), registering materials and structures, and controlling schedules—ensuring standardization and compliance. Support in portfolio studies and process optimization Develop and detail 2D/3D technical drawings and projects in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; update SOPs according to production corrections; register materials and structures in the ERP system; control task schedules; and support management in portfolio studies—ensuring standardization, traceability, and compliance with technical specifications. * Daily preparation and detailing of technical drawings for profiles, products, tools, and components in SolidWorks and AutoCAD—including dimensions, codes, descriptions, and other required information—according to established standards and checklists, ensuring standardization and traceability. * Update SOPs for rolled/extruded profiles as needed, based on production corrections, validating and saving files in accordance with the standard directory structure. * Develop 2D, 3D, and SOP projects for engineering-sector products as required, based on Fluig requests, performing double-checks and ensuring compliance with specifications. * Analyze, standardize, and register materials, labor, and product structures daily in the company’s ERP system (PI and PA). * Control and update the task schedule (Excel) daily, recording completed and planned activities, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions. * Support management as needed in structuring and monitoring monthly project schedules, providing technical input and timeline information. * Create 2D and 3D projects for new products as needed, based on the available drawing library and development sheets, and within the product launch deadline. * Conduct portfolio studies for technical and cost improvements, preparing optimization proposals for management review. * Participate in RNC (Non-Conformance Report) handling together with Quality, contributing to analyses and implementing permanent improvements in the company’s ERP system. * Participate in monthly product audits to ensure alignment between design and manufactured items, requesting adjustments when necessary. * Monitor prototype validation at the factory, applying corrections and formalizing changes with Registration, Quality, and Production departments. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace daily, complying with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Comply with company regulations, policies, internal procedures, and the Code of Ethics.
