On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include: * Report preparation: Assist in creating and updating periodic performance reports, primarily using Excel and occasionally Power BI, organizing information that will support the team's decision-making. * Planning and controls: Support planning of activities and operational process controls, helping ensure that department procedures are properly followed. * Technical support (operational tools): Provide support in using operational tools and systems (e.g., Excel spreadsheets and Power BI dashboards), assisting the team in resolving daily technical questions and issues. * Performance indicator monitoring: Assist in monitoring department performance indicators (KPIs), keeping spreadsheets up to date and alerting the team to any identified trends or deviations for continuous improvement. * Project support: Support the execution and monitoring of internal projects under leadership guidance, contributing to meeting deadlines, goals, and defined deliverables. * Internal client service: Support handling requests from internal departments (internal clients), understanding their needs and promptly providing necessary information or assistance. 251017020224552464
