It provides human resources management solutions for various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Perform accounting entries, classifying and recording revenues, expenses, and financial transactions. Reconcile accounting and bank accounts to ensure data accuracy. Assist in preparing financial statements, such as trial balances and balance sheets. Organize and verify accounting documents, including invoices and receipts. Support compliance with tax and accounting obligations before competent authorities. Update accounting spreadsheets and systems with financial data. Provide support to the accounting and finance teams in departmental routines. Adhere to company policies, accounting principles, and internal procedures. Position based in São José do Rio Preto / SP. Previous experience as a Finance Assistant, Controller Assistant, Audit Assistant, or Cost Assistant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role.
