




Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting measurements, preparing quantity takeoffs, and developing detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze projects and technical specifications to calculate material and labor inputs. 2. Prepare detailed quantity takeoff spreadsheets and cost estimates. 3. Provide technical support to the engineering team and project management. Conduct measurements and quantity takeoffs of materials and services for construction cost estimation; * Analyze drawings, plans, and technical specifications to identify and calculate required inputs; * Prepare detailed quantity takeoff spreadsheets and cost estimates, accounting for all associated costs; * Adjust quantity takeoffs and cost estimates as necessary; * Provide technical support to the engineering team and project management. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (completed or currently pursuing); * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on civil construction projects; * Proficiency in measurement and estimating software such as AutoCAD and Excel; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Knowledge of applicable technical standards and construction legislation; * Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
