**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Personalize identification documents according to service demand, including processing file uploads containing data to be printed, assessing image and information quality, adjusting print settings, loading printers with banknote paper, and ensuring final output quality;
* Register completed documents in the internal system using a dedicated device for reading data and holograms, identifying potential errors, and performing manual registration when required—ensuring data integrity and accuracy;
* Organize and sort finalized documents by destination, preparing courier pouches for pickup and delivery at end-of-day;
* When necessary, support fingerprint capture and verification of applicant documentation, ensuring agility and compliance in service delivery.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education;
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and internet navigation;
* Experience in customer service;
* Proactive profile, with initiative, organizational sense, and confident demeanor to handle diverse situations.
