The facility employs approximately **20 staff members** and has a weekly production capacity of around **5,000 to 6,000 tons of animal feed**. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, emphasizing operational efficiency, workplace safety, proper equipment maintenance, and continuity of production activities. **Main Responsibilities** The professional will be responsible for performing electromechanical maintenance on factory equipment, ensuring proper operation of the production line. Key duties include: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment used in animal feed production, such as mills, elevators, electric motors, conveyor belts, and other mechanical and electrical systems; * Identifying electromechanical failures, analyzing root causes, and performing necessary repairs; * Monitoring equipment performance and acting preventively to avoid unexpected production stoppages; * Performing adjustments, part replacements, lubrication, and calibrations according to operational requirements; * Recording and tracking performed maintenance activities using spreadsheets and internal control systems; * Responding to emergency maintenance incidents when required; * Maintaining an organized maintenance department, including tools and work equipment; * Strictly adhering to safety regulations, internal procedures, and industrial best practices. **Requirements** * Proven experience in **electromechanical maintenance**; * Prior experience in an industrial environment, preferably in an **animal feed plant** or similar industry; * Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance, including mills, elevators, electric motors, conveyor belts, and mechanical and electrical systems; * Availability to respond to emergency maintenance requests; * A technical course in **Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering**, or related fields will be considered an advantage. **Compensation** * Negotiable salary, based on the candidate’s experience; * **30% hazard pay allowance**. **Benefits** * Food basket; * Overtime pay; * Bonus after **3 months of employment**; * Career development plan. **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Friday**, from **7:15 AM to 5:00 PM**; * Availability for **emergency maintenance outside regular hours**, when necessary.
