Job Summary: Manage large-scale agricultural operations, lead field operational teams, and coordinate planting, irrigation, maintenance, and agricultural management activities to ensure productivity. Coordination of planting, irrigation, and management activities Farm located in the Iaras/SP region, with large-scale agricultural operations focused on cereal and forage/hay production. The farm covers approximately 900 hectares of cereals, 1,000 hectares of forage/hay, and an irrigated area equipped with 10 center-pivot systems, totaling approximately 765 irrigated hectares. Operations feature structured management, ERP system utilization, and collaboration with specialized technical consulting firms. **Job Responsibilities** * Perform overall management of the farm's agricultural operations; * Lead an operational team of approximately 14 employees; * Coordinate planting, irrigation, maintenance, and agricultural management activities; * Monitor and ensure proper functioning of center-pivot systems and irrigation infrastructure; * Collaborate with technical consulting firms in planning and executing activities; * Manage control and usage of agricultural inputs; * Perform calibration and monitoring of planters and fertilizer applicators; * Track performance indicators, costs, and operational results; * Utilize ERP system for controls and reporting; * Ensure operational organization, adherence to deadlines, and farm productivity. **Requirements** * Experience in agricultural management; * Knowledge of cereal cultivation, irrigation, and agricultural management; * Experience leading field teams; * Familiarity with calibration of agricultural machinery (planters and fertilizer applicators); * Experience with ERP systems and operational controls; * Organized, responsible profile with strong management capability; * Flexible working hours; * Must reside in the Avaré/SP region. **Working Hours** Flexible hours according to the farm's operational demands. **Salary and Benefits** * CLT or PJ employment contract; * Remuneration to be negotiated, commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.
