




**Operational Monitoring:** * Monitor and evaluate the quality of activities carried out by teams in restoration projects, verifying compliance with established procedures. **Area Assessment and Inspection:** * Conduct environmental data surveys and analysis of degraded areas to assist in planning restoration actions; * Monitor seedling development, identify occurrences, and apply control measures; * Inspect work areas to verify operational quality parameters and the efficiency of the work performed by the operational team; * Inspect completed areas to validate the work performed and determine the need for an action plan. **Support for Project Planning and Management:** * Assist in transporting resources to operational teams, such as seedlings, supplies, and equipment; * Support the planning team in decision-making regarding resource allocation, area management, and restoration practices; * Identify opportunities for improvement in restoration processes and procedures, always seeking quality and efficiency; * Identify difficulties faced by restoration teams in performing their activities to determine training and development needs; * Collaborate in the development and implementation of employee training and capacity-building programs. **Management of Service Providers (Third Parties and Partners)** * Guide service providers on the activities to be performed; * Record daily activities performed by service providers, track supplies, and monitor operational yields; * Evaluate the quality of services provided against established organizational standards, making necessary corrections and adjustments; * Validate monthly activity reports to the immediate supervisor for scheduling payments to service providers; * Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines in all operations, enforcing compliance from third-party teams when necessary, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. **Incident Management, Records, and Documentation:** * Prepare technical reports, spreadsheets, and other records related to restoration operations; * Report and document any incidents or accidents occurring during fieldwork routines through photos and written descriptions.
