Your responsibilities will include: * Performing cleaning, sanitization, and organization of apartments and other areas within the facility, ensuring overall tidiness, changing of bed linens, removal of trash, and sanitization of bathrooms and floors. You will also be required, upon request, to clean common and external areas. * Inspecting rooms during check-out to verify that linen stock is complete and to assess the condition of furniture and equipment. It is essential to promptly report to your supervisor or the relevant department any required maintenance, forgotten items, or other irregularities identified. * Maintaining organization and hygiene of the housekeeping cart, ensuring cleaning supplies are in good condition and adequately stocked—including towel dispensers, tissue holders, soap dispensers, and other containers. * Assisting in the laundry area when available, operating industrial washing and drying machines, and ironing room linens, staff uniforms, and other items—always adhering to supplier recommendations and safety standards. * Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, issuing proof of daily transactions for cash, credit/debit cards, PIX, and bill payments. * Verify the amount received during cash register opening for replenishment and change availability. * Serve customers and offer the best payment options. * Offer the HTN card to customers who do not yet have this payment method. * Identify customers using official identification documents (RG or CNH) for credit approval. * Register and update customer registration information, requesting required documents (RG, CPF, and phone number) for analysis and approval according to current Credit Policy. * For customers who already have the HTN card, offer PCJ and PP services. * Collect payment for purchases in cash, verifying the authenticity of banknotes; when using the HTN card, request identification. * Visually inspect product details (model, size, color, stitching, quantity of items purchased, etc.) to prevent future exchanges and complaints. * Always gift-wrap upon customer request, following established internal guidelines. Responsible for handling cash and equipment, as well as restocking operational support items (meat wrap, bags, rolls, gift wrap paper, etc.). * Assist with various tasks within the unit, keeping the work area clean and organized at all times. * Support other store areas including inventory, visual merchandising, and restocking (multifunctional role).
