Opportunity for learning and development in specialized construction projects **About the Opportunity** We seek a responsible professional willing to support electrical, hydraulic, and auxiliary installation teams on **hospital construction sites**, following rigorous hygiene, safety, and healthcare-specific protocols. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist electricians, hydraulic fitters, and installers throughout all service stages; * Prepare, cut, and transport pipes, wires, cables, fittings, tools, and equipment; * Support cable pulling, pipe fixing, and support structure assembly; * Perform cleaning and organization of the worksite, maintaining strict hygiene and dust control standards; * Strictly comply with access rules, conduct guidelines, and safety requirements specific to hospital construction sites; * Ensure proper use of PPE and proper maintenance of tools and materials; * Carry out other support tasks as assigned by supervisors or responsible professionals. **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience as a laborer or assistant installer on construction sites; * **Knowledge of or experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility construction projects**; * Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights; * Attention to rules, responsibility, and eagerness to learn; * Incomplete or completed elementary education; * Availability to work on-site in Niterói and surrounding areas. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic occupational safety training; * Fundamental knowledge of electrical or hydraulic installations; * Residence near the construction site. Compensation: R$2\.355,00 \- R$2\.828,02 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
