Job Objective Ensure efficient control of raw materials, finished products and general stored materials, guaranteeing integrity, traceability and compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. Main Responsibilities **Receive, verify and store raw materials and various materials.** **Control inventory entries and exits through ERP system.** **Perform periodic inventories and internal audits.** **Monitor expiration dates, storage conditions and chemical compatibility.** **Generate reports on inventory movement and stock levels.** **Coordinate internal logistics of materials for production.** **Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental (SHE) regulations.** **Interact with suppliers and purchasing department for material replenishment.** **Report deviations and suggest improvements in storage processes.** Technical and Behavioral Requirements Education: **High school diploma (preferably technical in logistics).** Experience: **Previous experience in inventory control, preferably in chemical or pharmaceutical industry.** Knowledge: **Inventory management systems (ERP).** **Basic knowledge of chemical compatibility and safe storage.** **ANVISA and ABNT standards** **Office Suite (intermediate/advanced Excel).** Behavioral Skills: **Organization and attention to detail.** **Proactivity and sense of responsibility.** **Ability to work under pressure.** **Clear and assertive communication.** **Commitment to safety and compliance.** Advantages **Forklift operator course.** **Certification in logistics and inventory.** **Experience with automated inventories.** If you are a practical, detail-oriented and committed professional, your place is with us!
