Organization and cleaning of the workstation Kitchen Helper / 1 Position(s) / Vila Mariana/SP Responsibilities * Assist in preparing foods such as hamburgers, sandwiches, appetizers, and desserts; * Operate fryers and griddles according to restaurant standards; * Prepare mise en place in advance to ensure operational efficiency; * Perform organization and cleaning of the workstation, dishes, cutlery, equipment, and the general environment; * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards; * Carry out other tasks compatible with the role and kitchen environment. Requirements * Reside in São Paulo – SP, within 30 km of Vila Mariana (South Zone, East Zone, or Central Zone – proximity to Lilac and Blue metro lines) * Completed high school education * Experience as a kitchen helper working with griddles, fryers, or sandwich assembly * Skills in food preparation using fryers and griddles, sandwich assembly, appetizers and desserts, mise en place organization, and sanitation of utensils, equipment, and work areas * Agility, good physical stamina, attention to detail, organization, task focus, empathy, and proactivity * Preferred: Culinary training courses Salary R$ 1804 Benefits Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Meal voucher; Gross remuneration: 3\.600 (including tips, night shift premium, and overtime \- average before deductions) Work Shift Tuesday to Friday: 4:40 PM \- 12:00 AM; Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 PM \- 11:50 PM\.
