Job Description **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct technical feasibility analysis for potential scope changes in execution-phase projects. Determine and plan deadlines according to the project handover specifications. Carry out technical assessment visits and/or field surveys and prepare reports. Develop preliminary designs and/or conceptual designs, presenting technical solutions for field interferences to ensure the efficiency of designed systems as well as full compliance with applicable standards. Design layouts, drawings—including sections and detailed installation plans—for low-complexity fire prevention and suppression systems, following Fire technical standards and applicable regulations. Prepare calculation memoranda and technical specifications for all materials and equipment used. Upon specific client request, review and validate technical projects provided by the client—identifying protection philosophy and work methodology while adhering to applicable regulatory requirements—and issue a conclusive analysis opinion/report. Guide the preparation of data books, certificates, drawings, inspection reports, data sheets, inspection plans, and other related documents. Prepare technical capability certificates for CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy). **Minimum Requirements:** Completed high school education. Technical diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering is desirable; additional advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering—completed or in progress—is desirable. Minimum two years of experience in fire prevention and suppression. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Computer-Aided Design). Advanced skills in producing technical drawings. **Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).** **Desirable:** Participation in training courses related to fire engineering. Knowledge of 3D drawing development using Revit software and BIM applications is desirable. Intermediate English (reading, writing, and technical terminology).
