




Job Summary: The professional will assist the sales team, monitor and support the customer portfolio, assist with route planning, and ensure trade marketing material inventory management. Operation in commercial management and marketing systems Join Moura, an organization that for over 60 years has been delivering energy to serve the market with innovation and technology. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supports the sales team by providing commercial reports on portfolio indicators, monthly sales per customer, route sales percentage, prospects, campaign progress, and other metrics. * Monitors and supports portfolio maintenance and hygiene through data analysis per area. * Assists teams with route planning using information on travel logistics, customer portfolios, average route time, and visit frequency. * Supports operational demands related to Commercial Management and Point-of-Sale (POS) sales systems: CRM, BI, Corporate Management. * Conducts post-sales research, identifying improvement opportunities through results analysis. * Assists the sales team in cadence meetings and RMP (Performance Monitoring Meetings) by preparing agendas and minutes, and providing necessary information to conduct the meetings. * Ensures trade marketing material inventory management by requesting quotations and purchasing trade materials, as well as supporting marketing campaigns and activities. * Ensures effectiveness of the Moura Sales Management System (SMG) by updating visual management boards, monitoring action plans, tasks, and sales team anomalies, reviewing procedures, and ensuring indicator entry into Corporate Management (GC). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Advanced Excel skills (including formula proficiency); * Experience supporting internal customers, preferably in commercial areas; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (R$39.73 per day), with R$1.00 payroll deduction; * Transportation Allowance (with R$3.00 payroll deduction); * Dental Care (Bradesco Seguros); * Health Insurance (NotreDame); * Life Insurance; * Total Pass; * Allya; * Sesc; * Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR).
