




A distributor of solar energy equipment and accessories is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Sapucaia do Sul (Colonial). Soollar is a company specialized in solar energy solutions. We provide products and services for generating clean and sustainable energy. **Responsibilities:** Print order maps, register maps in a specific spreadsheet, update invoice spreadsheets, attend to customers and suppliers, physically locate maps, and verify available slots. Print order maps, verifying data and sorting them by carrier, to initiate tracking of the goods’ delivery process by carrier, ensuring organization, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, on a daily basis. Register maps in a specific spreadsheet using a barcode scanner or manual entry of numbers, to monitor order information in real time, on a daily basis. Update invoice spreadsheets by entering information regarding order pickups, for delivery control, on a daily basis. Answer phone calls, clarifying inquiries about order status for both sales representatives and customers, keeping them informed about goods delivery, on a daily basis. Physically locate maps, verifying which stage of the purchasing process the goods are in, to ensure they are stored in the appropriate location according to each stage, on a daily basis. Verify maps using the system to ensure delivery tracking with carriers, on a daily basis. Tasks related to standard Administrative Assistant routines. Position based in Sapucaia do Sul / RS.
