At UDS, you will also have access to: Managerial support; Training programs; Flexible working hours; Equipment for work; Access to the corporate UDEMY account; Access to AWS certification. ### **Job Requirements** • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in IAM, including 3+ years in an architectural or senior technical leadership role. • Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta, including advanced design and integrations. • Strong knowledge of identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM) and federation concepts. • Experience designing hybrid identity architectures and integrating with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Proficiency in security architecture principles, Zero Trust, and compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, GDPR). • Familiarity with mobile authentication strategies, Microsoft Authenticator, and FIDO2-based passwordless authentication solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ### **Your Responsibilities** • Define and lead the IAM architecture strategy for corporate environments using Microsoft Entra ID and Okta. • Design scalable identity solutions supporting SSO, MFA, Microsoft Authenticator, FIDO2-based passwordless authentication, and adaptive access across cloud and on-premise systems. • Establish architectural standards, patterns, and governance for identity and access management. • Lead integration of identity platforms with critical business applications and security tools. • Collaborate with security architects to align IAM architecture with Zero Trust principles and regulatory requirements. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams responsible for implementing IAM solutions. • Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. • Evaluate emerging IAM technologies and recommend adoption strategies. • Oversee identity-related risk assessments and remediation plans. ### **It’s important to remember that...** At UDS, we hire competent individuals who are eager to transform industries using their knowledge.
