An industrial company in Coroados is seeking a PCP Coordinator. **Responsibilities:** Plan and schedule production according to demand, deadlines, and the company's production capacity. Develop, monitor, and review production plans. Manage raw material, input, and finished goods inventory. Align production demand with procurement, logistics, and production departments. Analyze production capacity and propose improvements. Monitor productivity, efficiency, deadline adherence, and cost indicators. Identify production bottlenecks and propose strategic solutions. Address production process issues and unforeseen events. Establish workflows and interdepartmental integration. Monitor schedules and ensure on-time delivery. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. Conduct alignment meetings with involved departments. Previous experience as a PCP Supervisor, Production Manager, Planning Analyst, or Logistics Coordinator may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
