Production Assistant

Description

Job Summary: A professional to work in production, performing loading, unloading, assembly, inspection, and equipment operation, as well as organization and cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse roles on the production line, from loading/unloading to assembly 2. Operation of hand tools and support for automatic equipment 3. Collaboration in departmental organization and workstation cleaning Load and unload cylinders and/or other materials used in production. Perform visual inspections of parts to verify conformity. Feed machines, conveyors, and furnaces according to production line demand. Supply the automatic welding machine with required consumables. Assist in loading furnaces with parts and components. Operate hand tools such as sanders, per instructions. Perform partial assembly of cylinders, including valve and plug installation. Remove finished parts from machines and organize them onto pallets or appropriate containers. Tack weld parts as directed by the technical team. Assist in operating manual or automatic equipment, such as blasting machines. Supply the automatic blasting machine with suitable materials. Assist in the cylinder painting process. Store cylinders in designated locations and collaborate in departmental organization. Clean machines and workstations, following the 5S program principles. Support the operation of manual and automatic presses used in the production process. Requirements: Completion of elementary school is desirable. Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$1.518,00 - R$2.400,00 per month
