We are seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to work with the Logistics Management team, ensuring technical execution of operations, intelligent data analysis, continuous process improvement, and strategic use of WMS to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and performance across the logistics chain. **Responsibilities** * Create, structure, and automate critical KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Logistics Operations; * Develop advanced dashboards (Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Excel VBA); * Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability; * Support management with predictive analyses and operational scenario assessments; * Become the internal WMS reference within the operation; * Conduct tests, validations, and approvals independently from the IT department; * Ensure correct configurations, business rules, and system support; * Develop native WMS reports and monitor performance; * Act as the technical focal point between Logistics Operations, IT, and Projects; * Map processes end-to-end (B2B and B2C areas); * Propose structural redesigns and efficiency gains in Logistics Operations; * Lead solutions to eliminate waste, rework, and inefficient flows, as well as possible automations; * Collaborate with the Quality system, issue and respond to non-conformities, and develop preventive and corrective action plans relevant to your area. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Office Suite and Power BI; * Experience in process mapping, Lean methodology, and transformation; * Programming knowledge: VBA, SQL, Power Query, and PBI; **What We Offer** * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * On-site Meals; * Dental Plan through employee enrollment according to individual choice; * SESC Partnership; * Company product discounts; * Shuttle Service (subject to availability); * Pharmacy Partnership; * TotalPass Thinking about career growth?
