Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals, and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and duties** **DATA:** **Location: Jacareí - São Paulo.** **Applications until: 10/21/2025** **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** **General Responsibilities** * Supervise, monitor and control AREA activities, as well as those of suppliers. **Specific Responsibilities** * Ensure supervision of internal and third-party activities at wood yards, mobile chippers and supply skids; * Supervise AREA activities, assigning, guiding and monitoring subordinate tasks, analyzing activity scheduling, setting priorities and clarifying doubts in order to prioritize employee safety and good work performance; instruct and guide handling of area-related activities, including organization and cleanliness; * Control outsourced services and ensure MANAGEMENT of daily activity records for payment processing; * Participate in various meetings (planning, SAFETY, committees, factory performance reviews, certifications, audits and inventories) and hold periodic team meetings for daily alignment (issues relevant to the area); * Continuously monitor results from wood yards, mobile chippers and supply skids, executing actions aimed at achieving established team targets, including SDCA and PDCA; monitor and complete corporate plans (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, SAFETY, Total Quality, 5S, Cerflor, FSC, Safe Road and Forest); * Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care.
