We are looking for a professional responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of digital operations, system integrations, and customer journey quality. This role involves monitoring orders, registrations, and SLAs, ensuring efficiency and compliance across sales channels. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the correct **functioning of integrations** between systems (Shopify, AnyMarket, ERPs, OMS, marketplaces, and carriers). * Monitor and resolve **order integration errors**, from order entry to customer delivery. * Track **pickups and deliveries**, ensuring that **carriers comply with the agreed SLA**. * Validate that **product listings** (attributes, images, descriptions, prices, and inventory) are correctly uploaded to all sales channels. * Monitor and validate **price changes** sent by the Pricing team, ensuring correct application and adherence to commercial policies. * Support **sales and marketing** in executing **promotions and banner updates**, validating technical operations and user experience. * Manage and document **operational routines** to keep processes standardized and scalable. * Act as **guardian of the customer's digital journey**, ensuring no operational failures impact their experience. * Work closely with **customer service, logistics, and technology** teams to quickly resolve incidents. * Monitor **operational and experience metrics**, such as delivery SLA, integration error rate, average resolution time, and customer satisfaction. * Propose and implement **process improvements** based on root cause analysis. **Requirements:** * Experience in **digital operations or e\-commerce**, with end\-to\-end process understanding (order, payment, inventory, delivery, and after\-sales). * Practical knowledge of **Shopify**, **AnyMarket**, and **ERP/OMS systems**. * Understanding of **logistics**, **system integration**, **marketplaces**, and product **ABC classification**. * Proficiency with project tracking tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, Monday or similar). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability. * **Systemic and process\-oriented mindset.** * **Customer experience focus** and ownership mentality. **What we offer:*** Life insurance; * Flexible card; * Medical assistance; * Dental plan via employee enrollment according to individual choice; * SESC partnership; * Employee discounts on company products; * Transportation allowance; * Pharmacy partnership; * Total Pass Thinking about your career?
