As an **Operations Runner**, you’ll ensure smooth delivery order flow within our unit, handle administrative tasks, resolve issues, and deliver top-tier customer service. **About the Role:** * Efficiently organize and transport food orders within our unit to the pickup area for delivery personnel * Handle administrative tasks, maintain facility cleanliness, and act as a problem solver * Serve as the bridge between Kitchen Central and our partners, restaurants, and drivers **What You’ll Do:** * Be the front line of our business! * Retrieve orders from kitchens and bring them to the central processing area * Deliver exceptional service to internal teams, restaurant staff, and app-based delivery drivers **Qualifications:** * Able to lift up to 20 kg and climb stairs * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Ability to independently solve problems * Strong communication skills, both in person and online * Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment * Customer service experience, food service experience, or experience as a delivery app driver is a plus **About Kitchen Central:** We are a technology startup revolutionizing food delivery.
