As an **Operations Runner**, you’ll ensure smooth delivery order flow within our facility, handle administrative tasks, resolve issues, and deliver top-tier customer service. **About the Role:** * Organize and efficiently transport food orders within our facility to the central pickup area for delivery drivers. * Handle administrative tasks, maintain clean facilities, and act as a "problem solver." * Serve as the liaison between Kitchen Central and our partners—restaurants and drivers. **What You’ll Do:** * Be the frontline of our business! * Retrieve orders from kitchens and deliver them to the central processing area. * Provide exceptional service to internal teams, restaurant staff, and app-based delivery drivers. **Qualifications:** * Ability to lift up to 20 kg and climb stairs. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Capacity to independently resolve problems. * Strong communication skills, both in person and online. * A positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. * Customer service experience, food service background, or prior work as an app-based delivery driver is a plus. **About Kitchen Central:** We’re a technology startup revolutionizing food delivery.
