Join us! #BeActemium #JoinOurTeam. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate mobilization and execution activities for construction projects, ensuring availability of labor, equipment, and materials as per the plan. * Define required resources and monitor resolutions for administrative and operational issues. * Guide teams on project characteristics, deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Participate in client meetings to clarify doubts and negotiate adjustments to ensure successful outcomes. * Monitor work execution, identifying and resolving technical and administrative issues. * Control cash flow and prepare reports, ensuring alignment with the plan. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Conduct monthly measurements and monitor project billing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in civil construction, preferably in industrial environments. * Experience managing large-scale contracts and teams. * Prior experience with Petrobras is desirable. * Knowledge of planning, schedules, and construction performance indicators. * Must reside in Campinas/SP or surrounding areas. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * On-site Restaurant: Available free of charge to employees; * Chartered Transportation; * Life Insurance; * Health Insurance; extendable to dependents without co-payment; * Dental Insurance; * TotalPass: A physical wellness benefit; * Stock Options: Castor Stock Purchase Program; * Extended Maternity Leave; * Childcare Assistance
