




Job Summary: Technical staff member to provide administrative and technical support in an office setting, focusing on hydrographic survey data processing, contract management, and preparation of technical reports. Experience in public contract management and reporting TECHNICIAN – TECHNICAL / OFFICE SUPPORT Minimum Qualifications: • Technician, technologist, or bachelor’s degree in: Civil Engineering Mandatory Knowledge: • Hydrographic survey data processing • Software (AutoCAD, QGIS, Hypack or similar) • Brazilian Navy Regulations (NORMAM – nautical signaling) • Types of navigation aids (lateral, cardinal, special) • Public contract management • Preparation of technical reports • Measurement control and scheduling • Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel) Minimum Experience: • 2–3 years in: o Technical and administrative support o Public works or maintenance contracts Responsibilities: • Review bathymetric reports and charts • Support contract and measurement control • Consolidate field technicians’ reports • Organize the waterway database • Monitor physical and financial schedules Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with public agencies • Knowledge of GIS or asset management **Minimum Education:** Technical Course
