**Job Description**
**Hybrid:** This position requires working onsite at the office 3 times per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
**What You Will Do (Responsibilities):**
* Analyze sales data and market research (general market research) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Support Regional Sales Office teams to ensure alignment of strategies and execution.
* Assist in the development and implementation of sales programs and initiatives, with a focus on direct sales.
* Prepare and present sales performance reports, market share analysis, and competitive analysis using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BI tools.
* Provide operational support to the sales team, including management of sales tools and commercial resources.
* Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and dealership network effectiveness.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies.
**Location:** São Caetano do Sul/SP
**Your Skills and Competencies (Required Qualifications):**
* Bachelor’s degree completed;
* Valid driver’s license and ability to drive;
* Experience in dealership operations (Dealership operations);
* Prior experience in Direct Sales or Retail Sales within the automotive manufacturing or auto parts industry;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
* Knowledge of Marketing & Sales;
* Experience in market and competitive analysis/research;
* Willingness to work in SCS;
* Willingness to travel domestically
