Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of facilities, in addition to providing courteous and attentive service in the preparation and serving of beverages and light snacks, contributing to the comfort and well-being of clients, employees, and visitors. **Main Responsibilities:** **1. General Cleaning and Organization** * Perform daily cleaning of internal and external areas (rooms, reception, restrooms, pantry, hallways, and common areas); * Keep all areas consistently organized, sanitized, and supplied with necessary materials (paper, soap, air fresheners, etc.); * Maintain furniture, utensils, and equipment, reporting any repair or replacement needs; * Carry out proper waste disposal and recyclable waste separation. **2. Pantry and Service** * Prepare and serve coffee, tea, infused water, juices, and simple snacks; * Set up and organize trays and tables for services, meetings, and receptions; * Restock and organize dishes, glasses, cutlery, and supplies in the pantry; * Ensure constant cleanliness and organization of the pantry and equipment (coffee machine, blender, microwave, etc.); * Monitor pantry inventory and place orders when necessary; * Prepare coffee and specialty drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) according to company standards; * Operate and maintain the professional coffee machine, keeping it clean and in good working condition; * Ensure consistent presentation and taste of served beverages; * Provide friendly and attentive service to clients and staff, ensuring a pleasant experience.
