Job Summary: This role involves developing AI agents and chatbots for budgets and technical proposals, structuring databases, integrating AI tools into engineering processes, and supporting the automation of routine tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Support the development of AI agents and chatbots. 2. Structure and organize databases for budgets and proposals. 3. Work on integrating AI tools with engineering workflows. Support the development of AI agents and chatbots focused on: Assisting in budget preparation; Querying cost compositions, inputs, and productivity data; Standardizing technical responses in proposals; Preparing technical proposals; Integrations with BIM models; **Structure and organize databases used for:** Budgets (historical data, cost compositions, indices); Technical and commercial proposals; Internal knowledge libraries; Work on integrating AI tools with engineering workflows, ensuring practical applicability; **Support the team in automating routine tasks, such as:** Generating technical texts; Performing preliminary cost analyses; Consolidating information for proposals; Participating in the implementation and testing of AI solutions, evaluating performance and suggesting improvements; **Contribute to AI knowledge dissemination, including:** Internal training sessions; Creating guidelines and best practices; Supporting users within the department. **Requirements:** **Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in:** Civil Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields; **Interest or initial experience with:** Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, automation tools); Programming logic; Knowledge of: Construction budgeting; Planning/developing construction schedules; Reading and interpreting engineering drawings; Excel (intermediate level).
