




Description: Academic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields; * Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields (preferred). Professional Experience * Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical maintenance teams. * Experience in rental operations or service provision, with direct client interaction. * Experience in contractual management, SLA monitoring, and operational performance indicators. Technical Knowledge and Tools * Intermediate-level Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including data analysis and report generation capabilities. * Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Manusis or similar. * Ability to read, interpret, and analyze maintenance reports (MTBF, MTTR, DF). * Knowledge of inventory planning and sizing for spare parts, materials, and components. * Proficiency in management and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5S). * Knowledge of industrial lubrication and best practices for equipment preservation. * Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams (preferred). * Familiarity with applicable Regulatory Standards (NR12, NR18, NR35, NR24, among others). Ensure equipment availability, safety, and reliability through effective leadership of the maintenance team, ensuring contract compliance, operational profitability, and customer satisfaction—always in accordance with safety, quality, and applicable legislation. * Ensure personal and team safety by strictly adhering to SSMA standards and current legislation. * Ensure compliance with Mills’ and its customers’ operational, safety, and quality requirements. * Supervise and ensure execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Guarantee correct creation, execution, and logging of maintenance orders in the system (Manusis). * Lead, guide, and develop the technical team, monitoring diagnostics, repair sequences, and productivity. * Act as the primary technical and operational interface with clients, ensuring clear communication regarding equipment downtime, deadlines, and incidents. * Ensure contract compliance, including SLA, availability of backup machines, and other agreed-upon clauses. * Monitor performance indicators (SLA, mechanical availability, NPS, costs, failures, and preventive actions). * Ensure profitability of contracts under your responsibility. * Identify, estimate, and charge for damages resulting from misuse or operational failures. * Support and advise clients on proper equipment application and basic maintenance responsibilities (e.g., cleaning, lubrication). * Size, control, and ensure replenishment of floating inventories of spare parts and materials. * Monitor procurement processes for spare parts, components, and external services. * Manage work schedules, working hours, time tracking, and team expenses (accommodation, meals, transportation). * Ensure the team has appropriate tools, equipment, and infrastructure to perform assigned tasks. * Request backup machines and components whenever necessary to guarantee SLA compliance. * Ensure proper waste disposal and compliance with environmental regulations. * Identify operational losses and opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes. 2512180202551050271
