Operating system maintenance and updates Role: Job Responsibilities \- Provide technical support to users, verifying the functionality of hardware and software, meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Provide technical support to customers/users; Guide support departments; Engage third-party support when necessary. Install and configure hardware and software; Document service level agreements (SLAs); Perform hardware and software maintenance, including mouse and keyboard replacement, hard drive formatting, and operating system installation and updates; Close and record technical tickets, pending items, and completed services.
